COVID-19 UPDATE

In light of the recent government announcement - we wanted to provide an update on PS Timber. As we service both the construction and manufacturing industry we will be remaining OPEN and trading as usual.

We have the necessary procedures in place to keep both our staff and customers safe.
We will continue to offer contactless next day delivery, alternatively we do provide a contactless click & collect option.
We must adhere to the guidelines in place and not put each other at risk.  Please follow our on-site guidelines such as wearing a mask and not entering the premises whilst another customer is in the unit.
Please place your order online, you can of course call ahead and place your order should there be any issue with the website, we can then have it ready for you to collect in a contactless manner.

What are your opening times?  8am - 3pm Monday to Friday. We are closed Saturday's & Sunday's. Times may vary over bank holidays. Our opening hours are currently reduced during lockdown. 

Are you trading during Covid-19? We are open & trading as normal. We have adjusted our health & safety regulations to follow all government guidelines. Click & collect and deliveries involve no contact.  

Do you deliver?  Yes we do! Please see details on our delivery page and if your area is not listed just contact us for a price. 

Can I collect? Yes - please select the click & collect option once you reach the checkout page. All orders are ready to collect 1 hour after ordering (within business hours) 

Does someone need to be there to accept a delivery?  No, we can leave on the driveway or in another safe place agreed with you, please note that we cannot accept any liability if the goods are stolen or damaged after we have delivered.

What size vehicles do you deliver on?  We have a selection of small vans and big lorries to suit any access type and size of order. Please advise if there are any access restrictions at the time of order.

Will your drivers help me round the back garden with the products?  Please ask at the time of order if you need assistance. Generally we deliver to the front of the house only, but if pre-arranged then we can normally help you carry them round the back. Please note that the driver would need help with heavy products.

What are your delivery estimates?  2-4 days across Hampshire, 3-5 days if you're just outside of Hampshire.

Is the Timber treated?  Yes it is KDHT which in simple terms means it is free from bugs & pests. However if you plan to use it outside you will need to apply a suitable exterior timber treatment product. Our C24 & C16 range are treated & ready for outdoor use. 

Can you cut my timber to my measurements?  Yes we can! We have a fully equipped workshop, just add the cutting service to your cut (please specify requirements in the cutting notes box) Please allow 24 hours for your cuts to be completed.

Can you supply a VAT Invoice?  Of course - Just give us your email address and we will send a VAT invoice/receipt on request.
